My work is guided by a straightforward principle: businesses should understand and control the digital tools they depend on. Pacta 360 applies that principle to the websites, applications and daily IT problems of smaller organisations.
An evolving career built around practical technology
Since 1999, my professional path has involved internet information, technical research and the risks created by digital systems. The Cyberdétective® name reflects that history. It explains an interest in anomalies, fraud mechanisms and technical evidence, but it no longer describes the full range of services now offered.
My current focus is business IT consulting: maintaining websites, improving search visibility, developing static HTML pages, supporting software, building focused applications and teaching users. This wider remit makes it possible to address operational weaknesses before they become costly incidents, while still helping customers with ordinary day-to-day needs.

I favour documented systems, recoverable files, clear service boundaries and customer-controlled access. A static website may be preferable to a dynamic platform for some projects; an offline tool may be simpler than another subscription. Neither choice is universal, and each should be justified against the required functionality.
Pacta Labs supports learning and experimentation across specialised subjects. OSINT and fraud awareness remain areas of documentation and education, separate from regulated investigations into named individuals, which are not part of this service offering. The aim is an accessible IT practice that treats prevention as a natural part of professional technical work.
